HR Operations Assistant

As the Operations assistant, Aryana is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the Student Employment function. In this role Aryana provides support to HR management on strategic planning and managing of student employment unit and cross-functional support to the Service Desk operation and Faculty Processing function.
 
Aryana is originally from San Mateo, CA and the oldest of her 5 siblings.  Aryana recently graduated from Santa Clara University with a B.S. in Sociology, prior to working in the Human Resources Department Aryana worked on campus as a Student Assistant through the Thriving Neighbors Initiative in the  Ignatian Center. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her dogs.
